I am KRISTEEN VANG
Hi, I’m Kristeen — a San Diego-based wedding photographer drawn to honest connection, meaningful moments, and timeless imagery. I’ve loved photography since I was young, first finding inspiration in nature and family, and that love has grown into a passion for documenting stories in a way that feels warm, intentional, and true.
As a Hmong photographer, I deeply value culture and tradition and love preserving the meaningful customs and details that make each celebration so personal. While I’m based in San Diego, I love traveling wherever there’s something special to capture.
When I’m not third-wheeling love stories with my camera, I’m probably sipping coffee, deep into a show or drama, building LEGO sets like a kid at heart, chasing sunsets like it’s my full-time job, or off on a random road trip with my husband and our two chaotic (but lovable) dogs, Daisy and Dexter.
